The bearers of the QUDAL - QUality meDAL gold seal are decided upon exclusively by consumers on the basis of scientific market research. Research is conducted through a web questionnaire, according to the innovative DEEPMA (Deep Mind Awareness) method. Each QUDAL - Quality - DEEPMA research is conducted for a whole series of market categories: e.g. milk, chocolate, ice cream, hair shampoo, mobile/cell phones, banks, insurance, rent-a-car and more. During testing, the DEEPMA scheme enables the avoidance of the surveyed group listing the most popular (the so-called Top of Mind) brands, that is, for the power and popularity of a brand to be eliminated in the greatest possible measure during the market research so that they may be questioned about the quality of the very product or service.
Each QUDAL - QUality meDAL accolade issued to the certified brand has a Digital Quality Certificate, the so-called QUCERT (QUDAL DIGITAL QUALITY CERTIFICATE). The QUCERT is actually an alphanumeric series reference or separate web address on which all information about the manner in which the particular product or service carrying the QUDAL medal earned its status is available. On the QUCERT web page, a consumer can find information such as: when the QUDAL research was carried out; who conducted the research; respondents’ sample; for which category of product or service the QUDAL certificate is awarded; the country to which it refers; the time period for which it was issued and so on.
Each QUDAL - QUality meDAL accolade can only be carried by the best quality products and services on the market and has the following elements: name of the medal bearer/brand name; category; territory/country; indication in what year the medal was issued; unique digital certification code; and level of quality indicated by the number of stars on the QUDAL medal. Every QUDAL - QUality meDAL can have three, four or five stars. The five star gold medal may only be carried by those products and services that consumers have shown the greatest confidence in when surveyed about the quality in the special QUDAL - Quality - DEEPMA research, positioning them at the very top in their category – first place. Four stars may only be carried by those products and services where consumers have positioned them in second place for their category. Three stars are carried by those products and services where consumers have positioned them in third place in their category.
The QUDAL - QUality meDAL accolade is only awarded to those products and services on the market that offer consumers the greatest level of quality – based on scientific market research.
